JEFF SONDERMEYER

I take the church to the streets. I've been serving the underprivileged, homeless and incarcerated for 25 years. Currently am a Chaplain for Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. I work hand in hand with Samaritan's Purse and deploy to natural disasters where our teams bring hope that only Jesus can provide. Serve as a mentor weekly with Prison Fellowship in Florence, AZ, where God transforms men - ready to reenter society and bring the hope they've found. I'll spend whatever time the good Lord gives me talking to whoever will listen about the best news I ever received - the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is me. The big guy. I’m always a father and husband first. That’s my identity. I grew up all over the world as a missionaries kid. I’ve seen a lot and done a lot. I’ve had faith as part of my identity my entire life. With that understanding I believe that we all have amazing potential and are capable of great things. I’m always interested in sharing any wisdom and insights I’ve picked up through my experiences to help unlock said potential. I don’t aim to make life easy but to make it easier to adapt to and to thrive in. I truly believe in relying on hard work and consistency through commitment and understanding of the world around us. Knowledge truly is a secret weapon to a more peaceful life. My goal here is to serve, to learn to be a better human being, and to find more peace and balance by serving my fellow human beings. Through my heavenly father and the guidance of those around me, I hope I can achieve my goals.
